When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If they cancel after that, 50% for all unspent nights will be charged.
This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of World Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
1- The gate code is not provided to enter the resort. You must check in at the resort's concierge, presenting the reservation. You will receive a "parking pass" which is your proof that you are staying at the resort. This document can be requested to access the resort's activities, such as club house.
2- It is strictly prohibited to walk on the carpets with your shoes.
3- Please do not clean your makeup with towels from the house. Stained towels will be charged extra $10 each.
4- Take care when washing towels and bedding so as not to stain with inappropriate products. We offer an extra kit, it is located in the bedroom closet.
5- Trash - Garbage collection is done by the resort once a day with no fixed schedule. The garbage must be packed in garbage bags and placed inside the garbage bin located next to the entrance door. Only what is properly bagged and inside the trash bin will be collected.
6- The excess garbage must be taken by the guest to the resort dumpster garbage in closed garbage bags;
7- For excess of loose garbage around the house or in bags inside the house, a $50 excess garbage fee will be charged.
8- NO smoking inside the residence. If it happens a $150 to $500 fine will be extra charged.
9- Minimum temperature for air conditioning: 72 degrees.
10- For your safety and of the property, keep the doors of the house and vehicles always closed.
11- Pets are NOT allowed.
12- Never handle with pool valves or breakers.
13- At the end of your stay, please leave the linens in the bed and the towels at the laundry site.
*If any of these rules are broken, extra penalties and charges will apply for each situation.
